Une nouvelle opportunité se présente pour la Patrie...
Un nouveau parti politique est en train de naître, sous le nom provisoire de Parti Démocrate Socialiste, à l'initiative de Monsieur Le Hieu Dang, un communiste ayant 45 ans d'ancienneté au parti. A l'avenir, des centaines voire des milliers de communistes à l'unisson vont renoncer au totalitarisme, en créant leur nouveau parti politique en vue de constituer une opposition officielle au Parti Communiste en place.
Le nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste ouvre une brèche historique, permettant au peuple de laisser s'exprimer ses aspirations, de se lever pour briser le joug, et de se dresser contre les malfaiteurs de l'intérieur et les ennemis extérieurs, tel le héros légendaire vietnamien Phu Dong.
Le nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste propose la mise en place d'un régime véritablement démocratique, qui assure une vie réellement libre, une société vraiment juste, tout ceci en opposition au modèle du Parti Communiste totalitaire actuel, fondé sur la privation des droits les plus élémentaires du peuple.
Nos ancêtres soutiennent et acclament la formation du nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste. Vous soutiennent également les parties politiques patriotes, avec leurs militants morts au combat ou vivants, leurs membres récemment ou jadis amenés à la mort, dans le but de maintenir le monopole du Parti Communiste durant toutes ces décennies. De même, nos prédécesseurs patriotes de toutes les époques, dont les membres seniors du Partie Communiste morts au combat ou ceux indignés par les trahisons de tout un clan de corrompus et profiteurs.
Les milliers de jeunes, filles et garçons, par dessus le 17è parallèle, et au-delà de toute origine sociale, qui, quand leur nation était en danger, ont sacrifié leur vie pour la dignité d'un peuple libre et indépendant, eux aussi, vous soutiennent.
Les milliers de familles victimes des vagues de "réforme", de "rééducation", vous soutiennent. Les milliers de boat people, tragiquement disparus en mer ou sur les côtes, ou rescapés de l'enfer.... vous soutiennent.
Les paysans vous soutiennent. Et les milliers de descendants de paysans coupés du passé et de l'avenir car spoliés des terres de leurs parents, vous pressent.
Vous pressent également les forces d'ouvriers, adhérents malgré eux, à des syndicats fantoches, condamnés à accepter sans un mot des salaires dérisoires, pour leur travail au service de corporations d'Etat en connivence avec des groupes étrangers.
Les pêcheurs et familles de pêcheurs vietnamiens poursuivis, arrêtés, humiliés dans la Mer de Chine méridionale par les agresseurs de Pékin, vous pressent.
Les milliers d'élèves et d'étudiants désirant pouvoir sérieusement "élargir le degré de connaissance du peuple afin de relever l'esprit et la vitalité du pays", à la place du système actuel d'éducation obscurantiste, vous appellent impérieusement.
Les honnêtes hommes d'affaires ou commerçants, les intellectuels, les artisans, les écrivains, les artistes, la presse, partout dans le pays, assoiffés de libertés de pensée et d'opinion, de liberté de création, de liberté de commerce, de liberté de publication, ceux-là aussi vous pressent.
Les religieux et croyants, aspirant à la liberté de culte, vous attendent...
Tous les compatriotes privés de libertés, même des plus élémentaires, dans un pays où tout un chacun se fait surveiller comme dans un monstrueux camp de "rééducation", vous pressent.
Je fais appel aux membres patriotes du Parti Communiste, qui, engagés de toute leur vie dans la lutte pour l'idéal de l'indépendance nationale, la liberté, la démocratie et l'humanité, ont pris conscience d'être trahis par leur parti, ceux qui sont de plus en plus nombreux, pour qu'ils prennent la courageuse décision de rejoindre les rangs du nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste.
Aux jeunes membres du parti et aux jeunes en général: saisissez cette occasion de créer l'histoire. Car le pays, au fil de toutes ses époques, et plus que jamais à ses heures critiques, a toujours appartenu à la jeunesse.
Rejoignez les rangs du nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste afin de faire le bilan de notre passé historique, d'évaluer notre dette envers nos ancêtres; régler nos comptes avec le parti totalitaire au pouvoir; écrire une nouvelle page de l'histoire du peuple.
Rejoindre les rangs du nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste est un acte patriotique. Sans hésitations et sans crainte des arrestations ou des représailles.
Un haut patron du Parti Communiste, également Président du pays, a dit: "On pourrait chercher à nuire à une personne, à un groupe de personnes, mais on ne peut pas chercher à nuire à tout un peuple"...
En effet, comment nuire à tout le peuple, arrêter tout le peuple, sans faire couler le bateau à bord duquel ils se trouvent?
Mais nuire à ou arrêter une personne ou un groupe de personnes?
Nuire à une personne, arrêter une personne c'est percer un trou au fond du bateau; Exercer des représailles sur un groupe de personnes militant de manière non violente pour la juste cause nationale, les droits de l'homme, droits du citoyen... ou les arrêter provoque la destruction par pans du bateau, l'amenant petit à petit à couler.
Moi-même, comme bon nombre parmi vous, n'ayant plus la force de la jeunesse, je m'engage tout de même à vous suivre, prêt à recevoir des coups par derrière pour vous.
Je suis convaincu qu'apparaîtront, de ce nouveau parti, et de ses actions, de jeunes et nouveaux dirigeants, de jeunes et nouveaux gestionnaires compétents, capables de sauver la Patrie, le peuple, de repousser le danger d'envahissement étranger, et de rendre le pays prospère.
Les coeurs s'agitent. Tout le peuple attend impatiemment que le nouveau parti dresse son drapeau pour entrer en action au service du peuple.
Le nouveau Parti Démocrate Socialiste va réussir.
Le peuple vietnamien va gagner.
Le Vietnam va accéder à la vraie liberté, à la vraie démocratie et à la prospérité.

Break chains !!!

New opportunity for our country is coming…
A new political party is being mobilized to take form, it is called The Social Democratic Party, and Mr Lê Hiếu Đằng has taken initiative, who has had 45 years of membership of Vietnamese Communism. There will be hundreds and thousands of party members who will refuse the authoritarianism in order to establish a new political party to fight open against the Communism that holds power now.
The New Social Democratic Party is a breakthrough of history, the river has overflowed its banks, all people of Vietnam stand up to break chains, they become Phù Đổng the Heavenly King, they fight against the inland enemies and abroad enemies, so that they save their country and their people, and themselves.
The Social Democratic Party builds a regime that is all democratic, with true freedom, a society of justice, in opposition of the Communist authoritarianism that forces a regime of socialism, which is the false democracy, it is based on foundation of robbing all basic rights of people.
The ancestors and human race always support and cheer the birth of the New Social Democratic Party. The patriotic parties and political ones, with soldiers who is dead or alive, recently or long before, who let the Communism have opportunity to hold power for a long time, they are supporting all of you.
The patriotic predecessors love the country and people of any ages, including the party members who are old and have died or are suffering the betrayal of the corrupters and the self-interested, they are supporting all of you.
The souls of millions of youth of twenties, regardless of border, regardless of origin, of ages or situations of national troubles, they fell down so that all people can stand up to be persons of independence and freedom, they are supporting all of you.
Millions of families of victims from the phases of reformation, they are supporting all of you. Millions of families of victims who died painfully at sea, it is worse than dying on the way of runaway… they are supporting all of you. All peasants are supporting all of you.
All generations of peasants who have been cut from the past because they were dispossessed of the land inheritance, cut from the future because they dispossessed ownership of land from ancestors, they are supporting all of you.
The workers must attend “the golden labor union”, they work hard but their salary is so bad, only good for the state connected to the foreign group, and their voice is invalid, they are supporting all of you.
In Vietnam, the fishermen and their families were chased, arrested and raped by Beijing pirates at East Sea, they are pressing you.
The students and pupils would like to “develop the cultural standards in order to improve the spirit”, in place of the system of obscurantism, they are appealing eagerly to all of you.
The businessmen, all honest people, intellects, craftsman, musicians, writers, poets, journalists,… they long for freedom of thinking, composing, writing, buying and selling, having opinions,… they are pressing you.
The believers and the faithful of all religions also crave for the freedom of practising their faith… they are waiting for you.
All compatriots are robbed the whole freedom, even the most basic right, they live in a country that everyone is being on the watch as they are in the re-education camp, they are urging all of you.
I appeal to you, the party members who are patriots, your lives are used to fight for ideal of independence of Motherland, freedom, democracy and humanity, but you recognize more and more that you are betrayed by your Communist Party, this kind is a lot. Hurry up! Stand in the line of the New Social Democratic Party as soon as possible! Especially the young party members and the youth, take this opportunity so that you can make history. This country is always like that, especially in danger, it belongs to the youth.
Standing in the line of the New Party is to pay debt to the past, of family, of yourselves; also is to leave the party of full power; so that we open a new page of future of nation.
Today, standing in the line of the New Party is patriotic – loving our country. Do not hesitate, do not consider, do not fear of being arrested or persecuted!
A man who is both high-rank party member and the President, he said: “You can persecute a person or a group, but you cannot persecute a nation”…
How can he persecute or arrest a nation if he does not sink the ship that he is on?
How about persecution or arrest of a person or a group?
If persecuting or arresting a person, it is to make hole on the ship; if persecuting or arresting a group of people who fight without violence for the national justice, human rights, civil rights… it is to destroy the free-board of the ship so that it will sink soon.
There are a lot of people like me, though I am not young, but I volunteer to follow all of you, I am ready to prevent the kicks from behind you.
From this New Party, and from its action, I believe that there will be new yound leaders who appear, the new young managers, they are good at saving our country, our people, and preventing the danger of foreign aggression, and they will enrich our country.
The Vietnamese People are rebelling. All the country is waiting for the New Party that raises the flag high to save Vietnam.
The Social Democratic Party of Vietnam will win the victory decisively.
People of Vietnam will win the victory.
Vietnam is sure to be free, democratic and prosperous.

Vận hội mới cho nước nhà đã đến…
Một chính đảng mới đang được vận động hình thành, với tên gọi tạm là Đảng Dân chủ Xã hội, do ông Lê Hiếu Đằng, một đảng viên cộng sản với 45 tuổi đảng, khởi xướng. Sẽ có hàng trăm, và rồi đây hàng ngàn đảng viên cộng sản đồng loạt khước từ độc tài toàn trị, thành lập chính đảng mới để đấu tranh công khai với Đảng Cộng sản cầm quyền.
Đảng mới Dân chủ Xã hội là một đột phá khẩu lịch sử, cho nước tràn bờ, cho muôn người Việt Nam đứng dậy phá xiềng, vươn vai thành Phù Đổng, chống lại nội tặc, ngoại thù, cứu nước cứu dân và cứu cả chính mình.
Đảng mới Dân chủ Xã hội chủ trương xây dựng một chế độ dân chủ thật, một đời sống tự do thật, một xã hội công bằng thật, đối lập với đảng cộng sản chuyên quyền chủ trương xây dựng một chế độ xã hội chủ nghĩa muôn vạn lần dân chủ láo, trên nền móng cướp đoạt mọi quyền cơ bản của người dân.
Tổ tiên nòi giống đang ủng hộ, cỗ võ sự ra đời của Đảng Dân chủ Xã hội mới. Các đảng chánh trị yêu nước, với các chiến sĩ đã hy sinh hay còn sống, bị bức tử gần đây hay từ trước, đề Đảng Cộng sản có điều kiện độc tôn độc quyền cai trị đất nước trong nhiều chục năm qua, đang ủng hộ các bạn. Các tiền bối yêu nước thương dân của mọi thời kỳ, cả các đảng viên cộng sản lão thành đã hy sinh hay đang uất nghẹn trước sự phản bội của một phường tham nhũng trục lợi, đang ủng hộ các bạn. Vong linh hàng vạn thanh niên nam nữ tuổi hai mươi, không phân biệt giới tuyến, nguồn gốc xuất thân, trong mọi thời kỳ tình huống quốc biến đã ngã xuống để toàn dân đứng thẳng làm người tự do độc lập, đang ủng hộ các bạn. Hàng vạn gia đình nạn nhân các đợt cải cách, cải tạo đang ủng hộ các bạn. Hàng vạn gia đình nạn nhân chết tức chết tưởi, trên biển trên bờ, khổ nhục ê chề hơn cả cái chết trên đường vượt biên … đang ủng hộ các bạn. Toàn thể nông dân đang ủng hộ các bạn. Và các thế hệ con cháu nông dân bị cắt đứt quá khứ vì bị cướp quyền thừa kế ruộng đất, bị cắt đứt tương lai vì bị tước quyền sở hữu trên mảnh đất ông cha nhiều đời gầy dựng để lại, đang thúc giục các bạn. Lực lượng các anh chị em công nhân bị buộc vào các “công đoàn vàng”, tối mặt làm công rẻ mạt cho các tập đoàn nhà nước câu kết với các tập đoàn nước ngoài mà không được có tiếng nói, đang ủng hộ các bạn. Các ngư dân và gia đình các ngư dân nước ta bị bọn phỉ Bắc Kinh rượt đuổi, bắt bớ, làm nhục ở Biển Đông đang giục giã các bạn. Hàng hàng lớp lớp học sinh sinh viên mong muốn được thật sự “mở mang dân trí để chấn hưng dân khí”, thay cho một hệ thống giáo dục ngu dân, đang khẩn thiết kêu gọi các bạn. Các nhà kinh doanh, những người dân làm ăn lương thiện, hàng ngũ trí thức, nghệ nhân, văn nghệ sĩ, báo chí trên cả nước khát khao tự do tư tưởng, sáng tác, tự do kinh doanh, tự do làm báo, tự do bày tỏ ý kiến, đang hối thúc các bạn. Các chức sắc và nam nữ tín đồ các tôn giáo đang khao khát tự do hành đạo cứu thế độ người đang mong chờ các bạn…
Toàn thể đồng bào bị lấy mất mọi thứ tự do, dù là cơ bản nhất, trên một đất nước người người bị rình rập như trong một trại cải tạo khổng lồ, đang thúc bách các bạn.
Tôi kêu gọi các bạn đảng viên cộng sản thật sự yêu nước, từng cả đời dấn thân đấu tranh vì lý tưởng độc lập Tổ Quốc, tự do dân chủ và nhân đạo, nhưng ngày càng nhận thấy đã bị đảng mình phản bội, mà số này là rất đông, hãy mạnh dạn dứt khoát đứng vào hàng ngũ Đảng Dân chủ Xã hội mới. Đặc biệt các đảng viên trẻ và giới trẻ nói chung hãy nắm lấy cơ hội làm nên lịch sử. Vì đất nước thời nào cũng vậy, đặc biệt những lúc lâm nguy, là luôn thuộc về tuổi trẻ, là của tuổi trẻ.
Đứng vào hàng ngũ Đảng mới để tính toán nợ nần với quá khứ lịch sử, với dòng tộc, với chính mình; giũ sổ với đảng cầm quyền toàn trị; mở một trang mới cho tương lai dân tộc.
Đứng vào hàng ngũ Đảng Dân chủ Xã hội mới ngày nay là yêu nước. Không chần chờ, đắn đo, hay e sợ bị bắt bớ, trù úm.
Một ông chủ Đảng Cộng sản ở cấp cao, vừa là Chủ tịch Nước, đã từng nói: “Người ta có thể trù úm một người, một nhóm người, nhưng không thể trù úm một dân tộc”…
Mà làm sao trù úm, bắt bớ cả dân tộc, nếu không là tự làm đắm chiếc tàu họ đang ngồi trên đó?
Còn trù úm bắt bớ một người hay một nhóm người thì sao?
Trù úm bắt bớ một người là tự đục một lỗ thủng trên đáy tàu; trù úm bắt bớ một nhóm người công khai tranh đấu bất bạo động cho chánh nghĩa dân tộc, cho nhân quyền, dân quyền… là tự phá hỏng từng mảng lớn trên mạn tàu để mau giúp nó tự chìm dần.
Tôi, và nhiều bạn như tôi, tuy không còn sức trẻ, nhưng cũng nguyện đi theo các bạn, sẵn sàng đón những cú đá sau lưng các bạn.
Từ đảng mới này, và từ hành động của đảng đó, tôi tin sẽ xuất hiện những nhà lãnh đạo trẻ, mới, những nhà quản lý mới, trẻ, giỏi để cứu nước, cứu dân, ngăn ngừa họa ngoại xâm, và làm giàu cho dân cho nước.
Lòng dân đang dậy sóng. Cả nước đang mong chờ Đảng mới phất cờ hành động để cứu nước.
Đảng Dân chủ Xã hội Việt Nam mới nhất định thắng lợi.
Dân tộc Việt Nam nhất định thắng lợi.
Đất nước Việt Nam nhất định tự do, dân chủ thật sự và giàu mạnh.
